In-door Out Patio Extension

Project Details

This 11' x 24' patio extension with 9' Austin stone fireplace adds a lot of charm and function to this undersized backyard. The addition of ceiling fans and retractable shades makes it a great four-season porch. Here's what construction looked like:

• Remove brick wrap from existing patio post and on house to tie into new structure
• Bury posts and frame new structure
• Trench and extend gas line to fireplace
• Pour Concrete
• Wire for electrical outlets, lighting, and ceiling fans
• Install roofing, cornices, and hardie wrap
• Install stone fireplace surround
• Install outdoor venter firebox
• Install reclaimed wood beam
