After experiencing a tub leak, our homeowners took the opportunity to update their builder-grade basic beige bathroom to a bespoke relaxing retreat. The scope of this project included:
- Demolishing the existing tub and surround, shower tile and pan, glass, and flooring
- Disconnect all plumbing fixtures including faucets and toilet
- Remove existing counter tops and backsplash
The vanity cabinets were inadvertently demolished due to a miscommunication, but we rebuilt them to custom specifications with soft-close hinges and door slides without delaying our project timeline.
- Raised shower head supply 6"
- Reconfigure bathtub plumbing to accommodate new tub
- Waterproof shower and tub surrounds
- Tile bathroom floor, shower floor, shower walls, tub surround
- Install frameless glass shower surround and door
- Install new vanity cabinets
- Install BPI Raphael Quartz countertop
- Install new lavatory faucets, roman tub faucet, shower trim kit, and reinstall toilet
- Replace vanity lights
- Replace water damaged door frame and base trim in adjacent bedroom
- Paint ceiling, walls, trim, and cabinets
